Which devices are eligible to receive 3 months of iCloud+ for free?

The offer is available for new iCloud+ subscribers with an eligible device for a limited time only. Eligible devices include any iPhone, iPad, or Mac capable of running iOS/iPadOS 18.4 and macOS 15 or later, purchased from Apple or any authorized reseller, in Mainland China from September 26th, 2026. Existing iCloud+ customers are not eligible.

I have an Apple device that came with 3 months of iCloud+ for free. How do I activate my subscription?

Eligible customers will receive a push notification up to 48 hours after device activation which they can tap to redeem the offer. If the push notification is dismissed, the offer can be redeemed from Settings > [Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage. Or visit support.apple.com for more information.

What happens after my offer for 3 free months of iCloud+ ends?

Your iCloud+ subscription automatically renews and you will be charged each month at the regular monthly rate in China mainland. To opt out of auto-renew, cancel at least one day before the trial ends.

When does my offer expire?

You have three months after activating your eligible device to take advantage of your iCloud+ offer.

Can I share my iCloud+ plan with my family?

All iCloud+ plans can be shared with up to 5 other family members.

New subscribers with eligible devices activated during Promotion Period only. Plan automatically renews at RMB 6/month after free trial, until cancelled.
